Al: For 17 years we shared an office at the Health Unit.You were my colleague and became my friend. We curled, played and coached baseball, fished and even golfed (which you hated) together. I always knew that I could count on you to help me out whether it was at work, putting on a roof or moving furniture. Your love for your family and loyalty to your friends was unsurpassed and the world was a better place with you in it.
I'll miss you buddy, but I know you're watching your beloved Detroit Tigers from the best seats in the house.
