Obituary of Julien Cattrysse

Julien Joseph Cattrysse, age 83, began his journey through life on January 2, 1922 in Leke, Belgium. His journey ended Thursday, February 10, 2005. Julien is deeply loved by his wife Irene (Wardenier), children Dianne and Tony Strybosch, Jerome Cattrysse, Elaine and Rick Renneboog, Maurice Cattrysse and Janet Kell, Linda Cattrysse Hibma and Kenneth Hibma, Lorraine and Mark Colpaert. Daughters-in-law Sharon Cattrysse and Wendy Cattrysse. Pre-deceased by son-in-law Michael Baran (2002). 24 grandchildren and 16 greatgrandchildren. Julien will be remembered for his kindness, his great sense of humour and endless hard work over the years. Visitation to be held at Denning Bros. Funeral Home, 32 Metcalfe St. W., Strathroy on Sunday, February 13 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm with prayers at 6:30 Sunday evening. Funeral mass will be held at All Saints Catholic Church, 124 Front St. E., Strathroy on Monday, February 14 at 11 am with Fr. Ted Johnson officiating. Interment in Strathroy Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital Building Fund.
